Description
SOCOTEC is hiring a Building Envelope Manager to lead Industry Rope Access (IRA) inspectors and FISP projects, perform periodic rope inspections, advise architects and clients on building enclosure performance, constructability, and durability, and manage building envelope, restoration, and related projects. The role also includes preparing bid documents and repair details, supporting construction administration, managing staff and technical needs, mentoring, and preparing reports. Candidates should have at least eight years of building envelope, enclosure, and restoration project experience, industrial rope experience, and a master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering; professional registration and inspection certificates are preferred.
