Description
The Superintendent 1 will manage the envelope area of a construction project under the Lead Superintendent, directing Callahan tradesmen and subcontractors and overseeing safety, QA/QC, subcontractor coordination, document control, scheduling, relationships, project management, and weekend coverage. The role requires compliance with safety, quality, accessibility, and building-code requirements; coordination with architects, engineers, inspectors, owners, and subcontractors; and management of schedules, budgets, procurement, tools, equipment, and project documentation.
