Description
The Associate provides day-to-day operational support for DTCC environment management activities, including L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments, service requests, runbook-based activities, alert monitoring, incident and deployment support, and documentation. The role requires 2 to 4 years of Infrastructure or Environment Support experience, knowledge of incident, problem, and request management, and familiarity with Linux/Unix, WebSphere, Tomcat, and shell scripting. The position offers a flexible hybrid model of three onsite days and two remote days, along with health and life insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other leave benefits.
