Description
Datacom is hiring an Environment Manager to govern release lifecycles and manage non-production and managed environments for customers across an ITIL-aligned service framework. The role coordinates releases through testing, pre-production, and production, maintains environment standards and health, supports change and deployment activities, advises delivery and project teams, and drives release readiness and continuous service improvement. It requires at least five years of IT experience, release or environment management experience, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and knowledge of release management governance; Agile, integrated platforms, DevOps/CI/CD, enterprise environments, and managed services are desirable. After-hours release deployment support is required.
