Santos is hiring an Environmental Adviser in Brisbane to support environmental performance and compliance across its Midstream & Energy Solutions operations. The role provides expert environmental advice, leads audits and inspections, monitors compliance with approvals and permits, supports incident investigations and corrective actions, develops environmental management documentation, and participates in risk assessments and Management of Change processes. Candidates need a tertiary qualification in environmental science or management, experience in environmental compliance within regulated industries, knowledge of Australian environmental legislation, and strong communication and analytical skills; offshore regulatory experience and Lead Auditor qualifications are highly desired.
