Description
The Environmental Advisor will support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for Sydney Water by providing environmental guidance, conducting inspections, audits, compliance assessments, and incident investigations; monitoring erosion and sediment controls; preparing environmental documentation; supporting risk assessments and environmental management systems; and liaising with clients, regulators, and stakeholders. The role requires a tertiary qualification in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related discipline, at least three years of experience in an Environmental Advisor or similar civil infrastructure construction role, and experience with linear infrastructure, environmental legislation, erosion and sediment control, and environmental compliance.
