Description
Clēnera is hiring an Environmental Compliance Manager to oversee environmental programs, permitting, risk management, and compliance across the pre-construction, construction, and operations phases of utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. The role leads internal construction environmental teams and external consultants, manages environmental budgets and consultant scopes, coordinates with federal, state, and local agencies, advises leadership on regulatory risks, and develops compliance processes and best practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an environmental-related field and at least eight years of experience in renewable energy environmental permitting, compliance, or environmental consulting.
