EA is hiring an Environmental Compliance Engineer to support a Federal client’s Fuel Compliance Program, focusing on Underground Storage Tank and fuel system compliance. The role manages compliance projects, oversees subcontractors, conducts regulatory reviews, audits, testing, and reporting, coordinates with government stakeholders, develops environmental programs and permits, and provides UST operator and field training. It requires onsite work and travel, a bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and a Department of War security background check. The position pays $60,000–$90,000 USD and does not offer visa sponsorship.
