Description
The Environmental Construction Coordinator serves as the primary contact for property owners, contractors, and other stakeholders during project planning and construction. The role coordinates land access, landowner concerns, environmental and construction submittals, biological and cultural resource monitoring, site restoration, railroad and utility safety, hazardous-material notifications, and related stakeholder issues. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of property rights and environmental compliance, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. The position is based at ICF's Washington Remote Office and pays $81,499 to $138,549 annually for full-time employment.
