HGL is hiring a Construction Manager I to serve as a construction manager and site superintendent for environmental remediation and construction projects across the United States and its territories. The role manages field crews and subcontractors, coordinates with project managers, technical staff, and clients, reviews completed work, procures materials and subcontractors, and mitigates schedule, quality, and safety risks. It is primarily field-based with approximately 70% travel and requires at least eight years of relevant experience, multiple environmental and safety certifications, and the ability to work outdoors in adverse conditions. The annual salary is $93,766 to $145,337.
