Description
Gopher Resource is hiring an Environmental Engineer to ensure regulatory compliance at its secondary lead recycling facility. The role reports to the site Environmental Director, coordinates environmental testing, audits, inspections, and recordkeeping; prepares emissions, air monitoring, greenhouse gas, and hazardous waste reports; supports capital projects and investigations; and engages with regulators and consultants. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a related discipline, at least three years of environmental compliance experience, and familiarity with regulators and on-site contractors. The salary range is $99,304 to $163,760, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, and other benefits.
