Description
AECOM is hiring an Environmental Engineering Technician for its Amarillo, Texas site. The role performs standardized environmental testing, fieldwork including soil and groundwater sampling, operations and maintenance, inspections, and equipment setup; it also requires operating heavy equipment such as a tractor and attachments. The position requires a high school diploma plus six years of related experience or equivalent education, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to work outdoors and in variable conditions, and the ability to travel to client sites. Experience with remediation systems, media sampling, health and safety programs, and Microsoft Office is preferred. The position does not include United States work authorization sponsorship or relocation benefits.
