Clean Harbors is hiring an Environmental Field Chemist in Sparks, Nevada to handle, segregate, pack, inspect, and prepare chemical waste for disposal at company plants, laboratories, customer sites, and household hazardous waste collection events. The role is customer-facing, requires daily work at customer locations, and includes compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, waste documentation, leak and spill inspections, and safe vehicle operation. New hires attend two weeks of paid academy training out of state, and the position offers a starting hourly pay of $24.00 to $27.00 depending on CDL and certifications, along with health benefits, a 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.
