Description
Haselden Construction is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety Supervisor to serve as a visible field leader supporting safe and compliant construction operations. The role involves proactive hazard recognition, inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, safety coaching, training, environmental compliance, and integration of safety into project planning and scheduling. The position requires 2–5 years of environmental, health, and safety experience in commercial construction, heavy civil, industrial, or comparable field operations, along with knowledge of OSHA standards, construction safety practices, and technical documents. The role includes field and office responsibilities, travel to active project locations, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
