LaBella Associates is hiring an Environmental Program Manager to lead its Eastern New York environmental permitting team. The role manages projects focused on wetlands, protected species, streams, and stormwater; coordinates with regulatory agencies; develops and maintains client relationships; pursues opportunities; prepares proposals and budgets; and mentors junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in environmental science, ecology, or biology and 8–15 years of experience with freshwater wetland and stream delineation, permitting, and jurisdictional determinations, plus knowledge of New York regulations and deliverable QA/QC. The position offers a hybrid home/office schedule and a salary of $80,000–$110,000 per year.
