HDR is hiring an Environmental Project Manager to provide technical and client leadership for large-scale environmental projects across the transportation, water, and resources sectors. The role leads CEQA and NEPA document preparation, coordinates multidisciplinary environmental and planning staff, manages quality, staffing, utilization, profitability, and project delivery, and supports business development and client relationship management. Candidates need a related bachelor's degree, at least seven years of relevant environmental technical writing and CEQA/NEPA experience, at least two years of project management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of endangered species and regulatory permitting requirements.
