Wilson & Company is hiring a full-time NEPA/Environmental Project Manager for its Midwest Region team in Kansas City, Missouri. The role manages NEPA and environmental projects from proposal and scope development through final deliverables, including client coordination, schedules and budgets, project-team oversight, NEPA documentation, technical resource reports, permitting, and collaboration with engineering and regulatory professionals. Candidates need 7–12+ years of relevant experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, technical writing and environmental resource expertise, and experience with federal agencies or contracts; visa sponsorship is not available. The annual salary range is $80,000–$145,000+, with additional salary requests considered based on experience, education, and certifications.
