BKF Engineers is hiring an Environmental Project Manager to lead CEQA/NEPA environmental compliance projects and expand environmental planning services in California. The role focuses on client engagement, strategic planning, staff leadership, business development, project management, and overseeing environmental document preparation and related technical studies for a range of sectors including land development, government, transportation, water, energy, housing, and higher education. The position can be remote with occasional office presence or hybrid across California offices and home, offers a salary range of $145,000 to $180,000 annually, and includes benefits such as profit sharing, 401k, PTO, holidays, flexible schedules, and education reimbursement.
