Description
GSI is hiring an Environmental Project Manager to provide technical direction and manage environmental remediation and regulatory compliance projects under the Air Force Base Realignment and Closure Environmental Construction and Optimization Services Southwest Region. The role covers soil vapor extraction, groundwater and indoor air monitoring, plume investigations, remedy evaluation and modeling, waste management, compliance reporting, and related regulatory activities across former Air Force bases in California and Arizona. The manager will coordinate Air Force clients, GSI teams, vendors, and subcontractors; develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation; manage project performance and risks; and ensure compliance with CERCLA, RCRA, health and safety, and quality control requirements.
