HDR is hiring an Environmental Project Manager for its New York/New Jersey Environmental Science and Planning practice. The role combines environmental planning and permitting, project and staff management, client coordination, business development, and technical leadership across transportation, airports, maritime ports, renewable energy, resiliency, and sustainable design projects. The manager will oversee NEPA, SEQRA, and CEQR reviews; environmental studies; agency coordination; permit applications; budgets, schedules, quality, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams. The position requires a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of related experience, and at least two years of project management experience.
