Terraphase is hiring a Senior Project Manager to independently manage environmental site characterization, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation implementation projects in Oakland or Pleasanton, California. The role coordinates field efforts, subcontractors, and technical teams; ensures regulatory compliance; manages clients, regulators, and stakeholders; and oversees project finances, budgets, scope changes, and invoicing. Candidates need 7–15 years of environmental consulting experience, California PE or PG licensure, HAZWOPER certification, remediation experience, and experience managing project budgets of $200,000 or more. The position offers a $100,000–$140,000 USD pay range and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
