HGL is hiring an Environmental Regulatory Specialist II in Seattle, Washington, to support environmental planning and permitting for capital development projects. The role prepares NEPA documents, federal, state, and local permit applications, impact analyses, regulatory agency and tribal coordination, and public engagement materials. It is based in the Seattle office with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days, approximately 10% travel, and fieldwork that may require longer hours or weekends. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least four years of related experience, and expertise in environmental planning, permitting, and technical disciplines such as ecology or wetlands. The annual salary is $67,631 to $98,066.
