Description
HDR is seeking an Environmental Section Lead to manage the operations of an environmental production section, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, marketing support, project management, administrative and technical service coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership. The role also involves client-facing marketing, proposals, interviews, regulatory and agency coordination, and nature-based solutions work. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of experience are required.
