Description
The Environmental Services Floor Technician maintains the cleanliness and appearance of Collington’s Community Building, Health Center, Apartment Building, Cottages, and Villas. Responsibilities include operating carpet-cleaning and floor-scrubbing equipment, vacuuming, spot cleaning, mopping, assisting with meeting-room setups, removing trash and recycling, completing work orders, and maintaining supplies. The role requires flexibility for weekends and some holidays, strong customer service, teamwork, time management, and consistent attendance.
