The role oversees staff hiring, training, scheduling, quality assurance, supplies, budgets, compliance, resident satisfaction, and departmental records, while also performing housekeeping or laundry work as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, a four-year college degree and related experience are strongly desired, and two years of healthcare-housekeeping experience with personnel supervision is desired. The position requires shift flexibility, physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
