Description
The EVS Specialist cleans patient rooms, clinical, non-clinical, diagnostic, office, and corridor areas of a hospital; prepares cleaning carts and PPE; performs floor care, equipment cleaning and maintenance, spill response, furniture moving, supply storage, and environmental or construction cleanups. The role works four weekdays and every other weekend from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, requires effective communication, unsupervised work, floor-care and chemical knowledge, and preferably a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience.
