Description
UW Health is hiring an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a team responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming hospital environment, develop staff, manage staffing and performance, and improve operational workflows and compliance. The role is 100% full-time, Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with potential varied shifts, and is based at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in northern Illinois. The position requires three years of related experience and two years of supervisory experience; a high school diploma is preferred but not required. Compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
