Description
Gettysburg Hospital is hiring a full-time Environmental Services Worker to perform general cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms, offices, hallways, bathrooms, and other hospital areas. The role includes terminal cleaning, waste disposal, linen handling, infection-control procedures, and communication with patients and families when assigned to a patient-care unit. The schedule is 80 hours biweekly, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with every other weekend and holiday required. The starting rate is $18.00 per hour plus pay for experience, with no minimum education required and less than one year of relevant experience required.
