Description
The Environmental Services Technician maintains a clean and sanitized hospital environment by cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, utility and storage rooms, and mattresses; laundering and distributing linens; and supporting patients through professional interaction. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to perform physically demanding work involving lifting and moving materials weighing 10–50 pounds. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and previous healthcare experience are preferred.
