Description
The Environmental Simulation Team Lead will provide technical leadership for an environmental simulation team, prepare effort estimates with sales and project stakeholders, manage project processing against schedules and business requirements, coordinate with the development organization, optimize team processes, and support strategic direction, resource building, and employee development. The role requires a degree in electrical, mechanical, automotive, or a comparable engineering field, several years of professional experience, initial leadership experience, knowledge of climate chamber and shaker tests, business-metrics understanding, German negotiation skills, English proficiency, strong coordination and communication skills, and willingness to travel.
