Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Austin District Environmental Office is hiring an Environmental Supervisor to lead professional and technical staff conducting environmental studies and ensuring regulatory clearance for transportation projects in Austin, Texas. The role oversees public involvement, complex environmental programs and mitigation, environmental documentation, consultant work, agency coordination, policy implementation, presentations, and assessments covering resources such as wetlands, air and water quality, biological resources, and historic resources. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent substitution, six years of relevant experience, four years of supervisory or managerial experience, a valid driver's license, and a Safety Impact Certificate.
