Description
AST SpaceMobile is hiring an Environmental Test Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute thermal vacuum, vibration, and shock testing for satellite components, subsystems, and fully assembled satellites. The role involves managing test logistics and vendors, supporting instrumentation and data acquisition, analyzing test results, maintaining test infrastructure, and leading root-cause analysis. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or a related technical field and at least three years of hands-on environmental testing experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability systems. The primary assignment is Shift 4, with additional opportunities on other shifts.
