The role leads warehouse or transport operations, manages and develops a large operational team, allocates resources, guides coordinators, supports customer success, and helps onboard and grow new business. Candidates should have experience in a 3PL warehouse or transport environment, leadership and performance-management experience, strong customer relationship skills, WMS knowledge, and planning and organizational abilities.
