Description
The EOP First-Year Experience Coordinator supports historically low-income, first-generation, and educationally disadvantaged students through comprehensive advising, case management, program planning, and coordination of the EOP First-Year Experience and Summer Bridge programs. The role leads first-time freshmen, supervises paraprofessional student staff, collaborates with campus partners, and uses assessment and student-success data to improve student outcomes. It is a full-time staff position in Chico with a Monday–Friday schedule, a CSU salary range of $66,480–$94,716 per year, and benefits including tuition fee waiver eligibility and health insurance.
