Mattel is hiring an EPBCS Application Design and Development Specialist to design, configure, test, support, and enhance Oracle EPBCS applications for financial planning, workforce planning, capital asset planning, profitability and cost allocation, forecasting, and related FP&A processes. The role covers business rules and Groovy automation, data integration with ERP and data warehouses, reporting, L2/L3 support, migrations, governance, and collaboration with Finance and IT stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or EPBCS implementation experience are required, with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, Groovy, Essbase, REST APIs, Excel, financial modeling, and Agile experience preferred.
