Description
The EPC Construction Manager leads on-site construction for utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects under Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracts. The role manages construction sequencing, workforce planning, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, safety, quality, inspections, commissioning, and project closeout while coordinating with engineering, procurement, project management, and owner or utility stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of construction management experience including three years on utility-scale solar EPC projects, extensive travel, and full-time project-site work.
