Candidates need a relevant engineering or construction-management degree with 4+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of construction or energy experience; construction-document interpretation, project-management knowledge, communication, and computer skills are required. The position requires substantial travel, physical work, and exposure to energized electrical equipment and heavy machinery.
