Description
The EPC Team Leader reports to the Quality Manager and leads the EPC group in inspecting stamped, welded, and assembled products for quality compliance. The role includes product inspection, inventory and ShopEdge accuracy, rework support, standardized work, training and auditing team members, quality documentation, audit records, daily performance monitoring, and 5S improvement. It requires a high school diploma, three years of manufacturing experience, two years of computer experience, quality and inspection knowledge, forklift certification, and the ability to work flexible hours and perform repetitive physical work.
