Applied Materials is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Tainan, Taiwan, to support the manufacturing, integration, testing, and lifecycle of EPG 200mm semiconductor equipment. The role involves solving complex technical challenges, improving manufacturing processes and product reliability, analyzing assembly and system-test failures, determining time standards and tooling requirements, and collaborating with design engineering and suppliers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, Microsoft Office, SAP, and engineering change order experience, with semiconductor engineering experience and MDP or ETCH tool knowledge preferred. The position is full-time, requires approximately 20% travel, and may involve clean-room work and physical tasks.
