Description
The Semiconductor Production Operator supports on-shift activities, maintains VCSEL/PD production on reactors, monitors SPC charts, performs OCAPS and characterization, trains operations, and assists engineering with workflows, process development, data analysis, and work instructions. The role requires an HS diploma or higher, 2–4+ years of related experience, MS Office knowledge, familiarity with statistical process control, and the ability to work in a Class 100 cleanroom on a 12-hour night swing shift.
