Description
The EPI/Implant Process Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing GaAs, GaN, and Si processes, as well as developing new metal-related processes in a wafer fabrication facility in Lowell, MA. This includes managing epitaxial crystal film growth and characterization, ion implantation, and implant annealing. The role involves ensuring compliance with factory performance metrics, driving continuous improvements across various aspects like quality, reliability, cost, yield, and safety, and contributing to new product development.
