Sutter Health is hiring a Principal AI Solutions Architect to design and lead end-to-end AI solutions across clinical, operational, and enterprise workflows. The role partners with product, data science, engineering, cloud, and clinical stakeholders to develop scalable architectures, data pipelines, models, ML Ops, governance, and integrations with electronic health records and cloud platforms. Responsibilities include establishing safety, reliability, observability, build-vs-buy decisions, vendor integrations, and reference architectures that improve outcomes, efficiency, and user experience. The position is full-time, hybrid with regular in-office attendance in San Francisco, and pays $163,425.60 to $245,148.80 annually.
