Description
The Epic Analyst configures the Epic system for operational business needs, collaborates with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, troubleshoots system issues, and participates in testing, upgrades, implementations, and integration initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least one year of relevant Epic experience, healthcare or health insurance background, and current certification in an appropriate Epic module. It is a 1.0 FTE hybrid position available to candidates residing in Wisconsin, with work from home, the Brookfield office, or the Menasha office, and occasional travel to Menasha.
