Description
The role leads the build, setup, and continual enhancement of the Epic platform for operational and clinical needs in Singapore hospitals and healthcare institutions. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into Epic configurations and workflows, supporting implementations and upgrades, conducting system testing, managing change requests, monitoring performance and adoption, maintaining documentation, coordinating stakeholders, providing user support, safeguarding data and access controls, and recommending system improvements. The position requires at least three years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably in healthcare, and a current and valid Epic certification.
