The Epic Cadence Analyst facilitates end-user meetings, translates application and operational requirements into Epic Cadence functionality, and performs advanced design, build, implementation, configuration, and integration work. The role may lead projects, coordinate advanced assignments, support workflow re-engineering, participate in Epic committees, and coach team members. It requires at least two years of Epic Cadence design, build, and implementation experience, Decision Tree design and build experience, project management ability, a high school diploma or GED, and Epic Cadence certification; a bachelor's degree and Decision Tree Badge are preferred. The position is remote in approved states.
