Description
The Epic Certified Orders Analyst provides application support, configuration and build, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for Epic Orders workflows, including CPOE, order sets, protocols, preference lists, and decision support. The role works with clinical and ancillary teams across 13 state-operated healthcare facilities, supports regulatory compliance and system interoperability, resolves ServiceNow escalations, and participates in an on-call rotation. The position is remote and advertised for 12+ months.
