The role supports upgrading and optimizing MyChart functionality, including MyChart Cheers, through application builds, configuration, testing, stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live preparation. Candidates need active Epic MyChart and Cadence certifications, at least three years of Epic application analyst experience, and strong healthcare workflow knowledge.
