Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is hiring an Epic Proctor to support learners in Epic training sessions. The role involves preparing training rooms, verifying equipment, managing attendance and check-in, assisting learners with Epic Training, EpicU, Zoom, and workstation access, resolving basic technical and navigation issues, and coordinating with trainers and leadership. A high school diploma is required, an associate degree is preferred, and experience in customer service, education, healthcare, or training support is preferred. The position pays $16.50 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits.
