Chartis is hiring an Epic Program Director to lead end-to-end enterprise Epic implementations, upgrades, and major optimization efforts for healthcare organizations. The role provides executive-level program governance, manages scope, timeline, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder alignment, leads junior staff, and supports readiness, change management, training, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Candidates need 12+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare IT experience focused on Epic, prior management consulting experience is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is required. The position offers remote work, travel as required, and compensation of $90–$110 per hour plus a possible annual discretionary bonus.
