Description
The Epicor Functional & Technical Support Consultant provides L2/L3 functional and technical support for Epicor ERP environments, troubleshoots ERP issues, configures and optimizes modules, supports implementations and upgrades, develops customizations and integrations, maintains reporting and database performance, and leads or participates in implementation and enhancement projects. The role is remote in the United States and requires extensive Epicor ERP and Kinetic experience, functional and technical expertise, SQL and database administration, reporting, .NET development, and integration skills.
